Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a free trial period of 14 days. Currently, we only offer free trial for single-user version only. During this period, you will have full access to the SHIP & TRACK with all of its features and services.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to purchase a standalone version for either a single-user version or a multiuser version depending on your needs.
Do you have a Mac version?
Unfortunately, SHIP & TRACK is only available for Microsoft Windows. We may create a Mac version in the future. Please feel free to drop us a line below, and we will send you an email notification about any plans in the future.
Do I need to create an online account?
No. However, you do need to register your copy of SHIP & TRACK with a valid information, to generate a registration code.
Can I upgrade to a multiuser version?
Yes, you are welcome to upgrade from a single-user version to a multiuser version anytime during a promotional period but your license period will not restart. Downgrading to single-user version is not allowed.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer support and provide your purchase number.
Do I need all three carrier accounts?
No, SHIP & TRACK can work with just one or two carrier accounts, but having all three major carriers’ accounts will provide you with the best comparable rates from UPS®, FedEx®, and USPS®.
Can I use SHIP&TRACK without a carrier account?
Since SHIP & TRACK requires your own carriers’ account numbers to get the best rates possible, you would need to have a valid working account numbers for UPS®, FedEx®, and/or USPS®.
Do I need to create a business account even if I already have a personal account?
UPS® and FedEx® don’t require a business account but USPS® requires it. We also recommend business account setup as it offers more advanced features, lower shipping rates and higher usage limits.
